ICS was founded on the belief that claims investigation needs to be delivered by people with an understanding of  the client’s needs and that specific area of law. With this in mind, we will only ever use investigators that firstly have experience in handling civil claims, and secondly they have experience and knowledge in the field of that particular claim.

We provide expert investigations relating to your claim and are able to conduct either face to face or telephone based interviews to claimants, witnesses or defendants ensuring full compliance with the Civil Procedure Rules. 

From the moment a client instructs us, we will ensure they are fully updated on the status of their claim throughout and have aimed to simplify the process to ensure it is easy and effective
