As a brand new company I thought I’d take this opportunity to introduce ICS. We are a brand new company, however with over 16 years insurance experience, we are no strangers in investigating and handling insurance claims.
Having taken and reviewed many statements, locus reports and investigative statements over the past 16 years it was clear to me that a great deal of these statements were taken by investigators without claims experience.
It is my belief that the best statements are taken by investigators with claims handling experience. This is because they have first hand experience in dealing with and arguing liability, personal injury and other areas that plague civil claims. That is why at ICS we will only ever use investigators with first hand experience in the field they are investigating.
