That is why when a client instructs ICS they will do so in the knowledge that the investigator has experience in handling civil claims and will understand what is required from an investigation.

Operating throughout the UK we will work to a time frame which suits you and/or in line with the Ministry of Justice (MOJ) timeframe.
To instruct ICS it could not be simpler, simply head to our instruct now page and complete the instruction form, attaching any relevant documents. This will automatically be sent to ICS who will instruct and investigator and will respond to you within 24 hours.
Once an instruction has been received the ICS investigator will immediately begin the ivestigation, contacting you to discuss any specific requirements, if it is felt needed.
