Our investigators are able to review any injury claim made as a direct result of an incident on the road. ICS will review all the relevant information reviewing speed and damage in establishing whether the injury is consistent with the circumstances.

EMPLOYEE

ICS will undertake any aspect of an employee liability claim made as a direct result of an injury, reviewing gathering evidence which supports or contradicts the claim in line with the Health and Safety at Work Act. 

PUBLIC

Our investigators will review any public liability claim made where an injury has been alleged. arranging site visits and taking details measurements and photographs of the area in question as well as reviewing any historical data and interviewing any potential witnesses.

PERSONAL INJURY

Personal injury claims can arise from a varying multitude of insurance claims, from Motor, employee or public liability.

ICS are able to undertake any type of investigation surrounding personal injury claims. 

Once an instruction has been received ICS will carefully review the circumstances before conducting a thorough investigation. We will consider all aspects of the claim, including LVI arguments, level of damage and whether there is any CCTV available. 

ICS will also interview witnesses to the incident, obtaining CPR compliant statements working to a time frame set by you or in line with the claims portal.
