Any instruction received by ICS relating to surveillance will be treated ethically and proportionately in line with Article 8 Human Rights Act.

Such an instruction can be considered a vital tool in preventing or managing a potential fraudulent claim and at ICS we are able to provide a wide range of services to ensure you can be confident when dealing with a potential claim.

We are able to provide mobile or static surveillance options and will discuss with you your options upon receiving your instructions.
