ICS can be instructed to review your current outstanding claims giving advice on the type of evidence you will need to collect when reviewing the claim.

ICS are able to review both previous incidents and current claims and give advice on your companies handling of these incidents/claims, reviewing the incident reports, documentation supplied and the documentation which is available, giving advice on what could have been done differently. 

We will review any documentation the company hold relating to the incident and make suggestions on processes which should be put in place to safeguard against future claims/incidents to prevent this front happening again.
