Investigation

ICS will begin their investigation, establishing the circumstances of the incident and what supporting documents are available from you or your client advising whether these support any claim or defence. 

Relevant interviews conducted

ICS will interview and complete CPR complient statements from witnesses, management and experts surrounding the incident.

EMPLOYEE LIABILITY

ICS’s team of investigators are able to investigate all types of claims from Slip, Trips and Falls cases to HAVS cases. 

With knowledge of the relevant statutes and health and safety policies, we are able to investigate and deliver sound advice in order for you to move forwards with the claim in line with the MOJ guidance. 

Once an instruction is received, ICS will begin their investigation liaising with yourself and your client to arrange site visits to complete locus reports in obtaining relevant measurements and photographs of the area, obtain CPR compliant statements and obtaining relevant documents which can assist you with moving forwards with the claim.
