ICS are able to attend internal sites to complete a locus report, taking details measurements and photographs whilst reviewing any underlining causes of the incident.

External locus inspections

We can complete fully compliant locus reports when visiting the scene of an accident, reviewing the road layout and producing a diagram to show this, whilst recording measurements and obtaining photographs to support this.

detailed reports

All of ICS’s locus reports are CPR compliant. We aim to ensure the report is clear and concise and will include a locus diagram complete with measurements of the area. Photographs of the area and additional information sheet giving an explanation of the area.

LOCUS REPORTS

At ICS we understand that sometimes a picture can paint a thousand words. That is why we pride ourselves in being able to produce high quality locus reports.

All of our reports are CPR compliant and will give the client an understanding of the road layout and any influencing factors which may have led to the incident.

Our reports include:

  • A statement prepared by the investigator
  • A detailed description of the locus area
  • Multiple photographs of the area
  • An Arial overview of the locus area.
  • A diagram of the locus area complete with measurements.
